Shipping

Orders for the EU will be dispatched within 3 days and sent via standard courier with a 3–5 day recorded service.

Orders for the UK will be dispatched within 3 days and sent via UPS. Delivery is usually within a week.

If you need faster delivery or would like a worldwide shipping quote, please get in touch.

Customers outside of the EU will be liable for any customs and duty charges due on delivery.

For local orders, you are welcome to collect in person from my atelier in Saint-Romain, Burgundy. Please contact me to arrange.

Returns

I hope that you're happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or you would like to return it, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange return and refund.

Return postage is to be paid by the buyer. Refunds are given only upon the safe arrival of the returned piece within 30 days.
