Orders for the UK must be made through the 'UK Shop' and will be dispatched within 7 days and sent with standard courier or Royal Mail 2-4 day recorded service.

Orders for the EU will be dispatched within 3 days and sent via standard courier with a 3-5 day recorded service.

If you need a faster delivery or for Worldwide shipping quotes please get in touch.

Customers outside of the UK and EU will be liable for any customs and duty charges due on delivery.

For local orders, you are welcome to collect in person from my atelier in Nolay, Burgundy.  Please contact me to arrange.

Returns

 

I hope that you're happy with your purchase but if it arrives damaged or you would like to return, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange return and refund.  Return postage to be paid by the buyer and refunds only given upon the safe arrival of the returned piece within 30 days.
